Shipping Times:

Note: Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and all European Union Countries.

Please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery to the rest of the world.

We aim to dispatch all orders from our warehouse within 24 hours, but please allow up to 2 business days during peak periods.

 

Tracking is typically uploaded within 72 business hours.

Most orders will ship within 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted in the notice bar. If more than 7 days have passed and your order has not shipped, please contact us ASAP for status.

 

Tracking Number Stopped Updating. What Happened?

Sometimes your country’s customs department may hold some product temporary, sometimes without explanation. Though these cases are relatively rare, we suggest calling your customs department to release your item immediately.

If, for some reason, your order is never released, we will send you a replacement.
