A few years ago I was in a car accident that caused severe whiplash. I went through physical therapy, but I still deal with random episodes of neck pain that vary in severity throughout the years. Recently, I had my most severe neck pain flare-up and all of my pillows were exacerbating the issue. I bought the ergonomic cervical pillow out of desperation. There weren't many reviews I could find and I was a little nervous that it wasn't going to be worth the money. I'm glad I went ahead and bought it though, because it's helped me a lot. I only use the posture side because the anti-snoring side hasn't been as comfortable for me. It took a little for me to get used to the foam since I had been using synthetic down and shredded memory foam pillows before. The cover that comes with the pillow is soft and easy to wash. I like that it zips around the pillow. Overall I'm extremely happy with my purchase. I'm able to sleep through the night without waking up from neck pain.

When I received the pillow I was disappointed that the hollow for the neck was not as deep as appears in the photograph. I was hoping for more jaw support in the straight back sleeping position. Nevertheless, it does give decent support in that area and I also like the undercut on each side, which allows my shoulder to go underneath when sleeping on my side. I wonder why the pillow is so large, however. With the head supported well at the front edge of the pillow, there is an excess of pillow at the back edge. It runs into the headboard of the bed. You could easily take off an inch or two of foam, save money and make things fit better.

Been using for 7 days now. I do feel differences. I'm a 90% side sleeper and was suffering from shoulder and neck pain. I tried this pillow and I do see how it supports my neck better. After one day on this pillow my neck is much better and I can tell that the much better neck posture in my sleep is giving me better neck posture when I'm not sleeping. My neck doesn't feel as tight nor have as much pain. It takes a bit to get used to the shape, however, for sure not waking up stiff and that's worthy!

It's a pretty different experience from using my side sleeper pillow. I actually like the way it supports my head and it's the right height for my shoulder when I sleep on my side- I'm a turner, but I don't feel much neck support. I go back-and-forth about giving up my pillow . I guess I must really like this thing because I keep using it. Lol
